A fully relational FileMaker pro custom solution that allows for membership tracking, renewals, event tracking, club calendar of events, club cars registry and database and other day to day tracking that is done to operate the club smoothly. The modules are all linked and allow sharing of info between the modules. The system is hosted using FileMaker server, and is accessible to the directors and member services team. Secure, password protected log in is via TCP/IP using the FileMaker Pro 5 or 6 client. Both Mac and Windows based clients can log into the system and perform membership registration and renewal functions including printing of member cards and welcome letters as well as renewal letters. |
