I am a graduate of Simon Fraser University in Burnaby British Columbia. My major is English and I have also studied French and German, and have an avid interest in language studies. I have been doing child care work for the last few years and am now on the path toward becoming an elementary school teacher Sorry about the lack of new photos, I'm seldom in front of the camera.	I enjoy being creative, and work with several types of media for my artistic expression. As time permits, I will update this sample portfolio with various works I have done.

In early 2005 I went to Costa Rica for nearly two months. You'll find the messages posts of my time there on the family web log. I've also started to get some photos of the friends I met and the scenery while there, check out this page for a few pictures...

I graduated from SFU with a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in English

2002
I spent the first part of summer 2002 on a language exchange program at the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi. Once that was done I worked in the summer program for children at Cedar Cottage.

2001
Dieses Jahr, bin ich auf einem Austauschprogramm in der Justus Liebig Universität in Gießen. The exchange program with Gießen also gave me the opportunity to travel and do some sightseeing in Europe.
