Fuel_Log.fp5 is a simple database solution for tracking your mileage and fuel use. Originally designed to help me keep track of fuel costs, and to convert fule costs from US $'s to Canadian equivalents.

Menu
When you open the file using FileMaker Pro 5 you will be greeted by this menu and help screen.

Data Entry
This is a sample of the data entry screen where you enter your fuel purchases.

After entering basic info, automatic conversions are done when your provide the exchange rate for the day.

The data can also be viewed in list format with cummulative totals for records displayed or found.

You will need FileMaker Pro 5 database software to run tis template. The file was created using FileMaker Pro 5 on a Mac but will also work fine running FileMaker Pro 5 on a PC running Windows O/S.
